librarian2librarian

Wow, I've just created my own blog. For someone like me, who's love affair with the computers is limited to work-related net searches and emails, this is a step forward.

And I can't wait to work on the next lesson to raise the bar of my e-knowledge.

Hello,
When you posted your blog you didn't know that I was joining you in this trip.
I use technology but my computer does not like me very much.
I have checked flickr and I think is a really good tool to capture history or even create history. I believe you will enjoy your trip to flickr.

Talk to you soon

At last, my blog had a comment. I checked out the multicultural glossary website and had a go at translating words in my language. Some translations were purist in nature, meaning most of my countrymen won't know them unless they've studied the language in depth in uni. But I'm glad that words like DVD, computer and mobile have been used in the translation process. Thanks heaps for your great work!
